• DIN Fees of Rs.500 per Director
• DSC Fees of Rs.600 per promoter
• State Stamp duty which comes around between Rs.200 to Rs.10,000/- (Rs.10,00 stamp duty is for Punjab).
• Professional fees (Comes around between Rs.4,000 to Rs.15,000/-)
• Stamp paper and miscellanous cost comes around to Rs.500 to Rs.2000/- (Depends upon number of members).

There is no direct procedure to claim the free company registration. You just need to hire a professional for company registration service and he will guide you accordingly. The professional will charge around 3000 to 4000 as his professional fees. But there will be no government fees if you the authorized capital is less than Rs.10 lakhs.
