Registering a company is not always feasible due to various reasons and hence we would list out the points where you should not go for a Company registration rather go for cheaper available options.
Here are 5 reasons why you should not register a Company in India:
#Reason 1: Costly affair:
Sometimes, you don’t have adequate capital to start the company and whatever you have your plan it to invest in something resourceful and don’t want to block into legal things. This is the right decision. Because once you have enough money, go for company registration and if do not have, you can delay the registration process.
However, do it as soon as possible, because registering a company is the best way to start the company in India.
#Reason 2: Not serious:
As per data available, only 50% of the companies are operative and active and 50% are not working at all. This is due to non-commitment. If you are not committed to your business idea, then you register the company.
#Reason 3: Complex compliances:
The company is registered as per Companies Act, 2013 and is required to comply according to the companies act, 2013. The compliances involved under companies act are not simple and hence it gives you a feeling of rigidity.
Hence, if you are too conscious about compliances, then you should not go for company registration.
#Reason 4: Yearly compliance cost:
For every company registered, there is a yearly compliance cost like Audit, filing of board meetings and annual filings which actually depend upon the turnover of your company. However, a minimum of it would be around 8 to 15 thousand.
#Reason 5: Reach Your MVP:
Reach your MVP, i.e. minimum orders to prove that your business idea works and then spend on it to start your business in India
