DIR3-KYC - Filing Due Date Extended to 5th October 2018

MCA in its recent notification clarified that every director who has been allotted DIN on or before 31st March, 2018 would be mandatorily required to file form DIR-3 KYC on or before 5th October, 2018.

MCA has recently notified Companies(Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2018 dated 5th July 2018 and mandate to conduct KYC verification of all directors who got their DIN as and before 31st March 2018.
